📜 Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • Open to individuals, businesses, and partners worldwide, except SFPedutech employees.
  • Referrals must be new clients who haven't previously engaged with SFPedutech.
  • Self-referrals or fake leads are prohibited and will disqualify rewards.
  • Referrer must be 18 years or older.

Reward & Payout

  • Commission based on total contract value (TCV) of first paid project: 10% up to ₹1,25,000 max per deal.
  • Payouts issued 30 days after client's first invoice is fully paid.
  • Payment methods: Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), UPI, or gift cards.
  • Referrer responsible for any applicable taxes (TDS as per Indian law).

Restrictions

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel the program with prior notice.
  • Fraudulent behavior (spam, fake accounts) voids all commissions.
  • Referral link cannot be posted on coupon/deal sites without approval.
  • Only one referrer per client; first touch attribution model applies.
  • Rewards are not applicable on existing clients or ongoing projects.
General policy: By participating, you agree that SFPedutech's decision regarding reward eligibility is final. Terms updated March 2025.

Frequently asked questions

Who can join the referral program?
Anyone — clients, partners, agencies, or tech enthusiasts. If you know a business that needs ERP, CRM, or custom software, you're eligible to earn rewards.
How do I get paid?
Payments are processed within 30 days after the referred client's first invoice is paid. We support bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), or gift cards.
What if my referral buys multiple services?
You earn on the total contract value. For large enterprises with projects above ₹50 Lakh, we offer additional success fees — contact our referral manager.
Is there a referral dashboard?
Yes, once you submit your first lead, we provide a real-time dashboard showing clicks, conversions, and pending rewards. You'll receive login credentials via email.
Can I refer multiple clients?
Absolutely! There is no limit on the number of referrals. The more quality leads you share, the more you earn. Top referrers get additional bonus rewards.
